It's been two weeks since my last post. The last two weeks have been spent enjoying the company of one of our best life-long friends from Minnesota, fishing and eating lots of fresh fish. We explored Fort Zachary Taylor, toured the Hemingway House and drove up the Keys for lunch. The weather has been sunny and windy...several days we were unable to go fishing because of high seas and when we did go fishing it was a challenge just to stand up on the boat to catch fish. Lucky for us, we had three days of great fishing!!! The time was capped off with a turkey dinner for 6-8 people....unfortunately because of COVID concerns our friends from West Palm Beach could not join us. So....tonight will be our third Thanksgiving dinner!!! Even though 2020 has been a year to forget, we feel truly blessed and have much to be thankful for....an opportunity to spend quality time with our family and friends, we have our health and I've had an amazing adventure on my bike.
I love early morning walks to watch the sunrise and the last several days have been spectacular.
