Boring and Bob

108 miles through Eastern Colorado today. Boring, boring, boring...the only way to describe today's ride. Started with a great sunrise and then the scenery changed for most of the ride. As expected, headwinds most of the day and the forecast looks like more of the same for the next week. Did manage to get a picture of a sunflower complete with a bee getting some nectar. Which brings me to Bob. He has been with me the entire trip. Kind of quiet, never takes a pull, always drafting....frankly kinda boring. Getting to know him better during the last 18 days, his habits, his riding ability, etc. Glad he is with me even if he is boring!!! 1,450 miles into the trip.

You are creating intrigue about Bob. Is he sort of like Tom Hank's "Wilson" in Castaway?
